Health is the mental, physical & social well-being of a person.

A disease is malfunction or disorder of the body.

A healthy person must have access to:

Good shelter & living conditions.

Genuine medical care

A balanced diet

Decent occupation which rewards him/her reasonable income

Good hygiene & cleanliness

Enough strategic exercise

A healthy person is able to tackle any of life’s problems & must be socially well- adjusted.
